For this Torah Portion, I look specifically at Deuteronomy 11.31-32.

In this Essay, I discuss further that Moses is speaking at his own behest right out of Moses’ own person, which means Moses is not speaking at the behest of Jehovah.

I also discuss that the Deuteronomy Redactor has an important role for understanding the literary nature of Deuteronomy.
